At Juniper Custom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-tailored garments are eligible for alterations but may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
